1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website (the "Site"), owned and operated by BH3 MEDIA GROUP, trading as B2BCHRONO ("B2BCHRONO", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing the Site, requesting a trade account, or submitting a wholesale enquiry, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. About B2BCHRONO and eligibility

B2BCHRONO is a business-to-business (B2B) wholesale distributor of authentic branded watches. The Site and our services are intended exclusively for verified trade buyers, including retailers, distributors and resellers — this is not a consumer retail storefront, and we do not knowingly sell to individual end consumers.

By requesting wholesale access, you confirm that you are acting on behalf of a genuine business and that you have the authority to enter into trade arrangements on that business's behalf.

3. Trade account registration

Access to wholesale pricing and ordering requires a verified trade account. We may request supporting business documentation and reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to approve, refuse, suspend, or terminate any trade account, including where we suspect fraudulent, abusive, or non-business use.

4. Wholesale orders and pricing

Wholesale orders are confirmed and invoiced directly by our trade team rather than processed through an automated online checkout. A minimum order value applies to wholesale accounts (currently €300 / $300, subject to change). Listed pricing is provided on request to verified trade accounts and may vary based on order volume, brand, and stock availability at the time of confirmation.

All orders are subject to acceptance and stock confirmation by B2BCHRONO. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order prior to fulfilment, including in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected misuse.

5. Product authenticity and warranty

B2BCHRONO represents that products supplied through the Site are authentic, branded watches sourced through controlled distribution channels. Unless otherwise stated for a specific reference, products are presented with warranty coverage as described on the relevant product or brand page at the time of order (for example, the standard 2-year warranty coverage referenced on this Site).

6. Shipping and delivery

We ship to verified trade accounts across the EU, USA and MENA region. Estimated delivery times, carriers, and shipping costs are confirmed at the time of order and may vary based on destination, order size, and stock location.

7. Returns and cancellations

Returns, exchanges and order cancellations for wholesale orders are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the terms agreed at the time of order confirmation. Please contact our trade team as soon as possible if you need to discuss a return or cancellation.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, layout, and the B2BCHRONO name and branding — is the property of BH3 MEDIA GROUP or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Product names, brand names, and logos referenced on the Site remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes in connection with the genuine goods we distribute.

9. Prohibited uses

You agree not to:

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold BH3 MEDIA GROUP harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your misuse of the Site, breach of these Terms, or violation of any applicable law in connection with your trade account.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to BH3 MEDIA GROUP's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local consumer or trade regulations applicable to your country provide otherwise.
