12. Shopify Dropship Connector

B2BCHRONO offers approved dropshippers an optional integration ("B2BCHRONO Dropship Connector") that connects their own Shopify store to their B2BCHRONO account. This section describes how that integration handles data accessed through the Shopify API.

What we access. With your explicit authorization via Shopify's OAuth flow, the integration requests only the write_products scope. We use it exclusively to create and update product listings (title, description, images, price, and variant data) in your connected store. We do not request or access your customers, orders, payments, discounts, or any other store data.

How we store it. Your Shopify access token is encrypted at rest and is never shared with any third party. It is used only to make the specific, authorized API calls described above.

Disconnecting and deletion. You may disconnect your store at any time from your B2BCHRONO dashboard, which immediately deactivates the stored access token. If you uninstall the app from your Shopify admin, we receive Shopify's mandatory compliance webhooks (customers/data_request, customers/redact, and shop/redact) and permanently delete the stored access token and associated connection records for your store within Shopify's required timeframe. As noted above, we do not access or store your customers' or shoppers' personal data through this integration, so no separate customer-data deletion is necessary on our side.
